To enhance quality and safety awareness, strengthen quality and safety management, and focus on the simultaneous improvement of both quality and safety while comprehensively elevating the company's quality and safety management standards, the “2025 Huayi Pharma Quality & Safety Month Skills Competition” was officially started on June 16.

This Quality & Safety Month campaign, centered on dual improvement of both quality and safety. features two competition categories - testing and production- with events running through late June.

Analysis Center

Mr. Shi, the Director of Analysis Center, announced the campaign details. This skills competition focuses on enhancing testing quality through practical competitions and safety knowledge tests. It aims to improve the testing system, cultivate rigorous quality standards, and ensure final product quality control.

Miss Sun, the Head of Quality, emphasized: “Testing is the final defense line of quality. We hope everyone can promote learning through competition, integrate the rigorous approach of the competition into daily work, continuously improve testing quality, and strengthen the foundation of corporate quality.”

Production Workshop

Mr. Ma, the Director of Production Monitoring Team, announced the assessment criteria for this production competition. The event will focus on enhancing frontline employees' standardized operation skills and error-prevention awareness through GMP knowledge tests and practical evaluations.

Mr. Li, the Head of Production, stated: "This competition must truly strengthen error-prevention awareness, embedding the 'zero mix-up' concept into daily practice; operating procedures should be standardized to be strictly in accordance with SOP; and process management should be improved to make error-prevention capability a fundamental skill for every production staff."
