To enhance cross-departmental collaboration and strengthen team cohesion, on April 19th, key employees from various departments of Huayi Pharma gathered at the Xiaolingnan Training Base for an outbound activity themed "Breaking Barriers · Uniting Forces · Achieving Win-Win". Through engaging challenges and teamwork, employees from different departments and roles broke down communication barriers, mapped out collaborative strategies, and demonstrated a vibrant, upward-spirited professional ethos.

Breaking Barriers 

The event commenced with the "Barrier-Breaking Initiative." Six teams engaged in intense brainstorming, swiftly designing unique team gestures and slogans. Through sequential team presentations, the distance between members rapidly narrowed, effectively dissolving initial unfamiliarity.  

Uniting Forces  

Three progressively challenging activities concretized team-building principles through experiential learning.  

Crossing the Quicksand River 

Paired teammates used each other's shoulders as bridges to traverse the "river," highlighting the critical role of trust as the foundation.  

Unity Drum

From initial scattered failures to ultimately achieving 40 consecutive ball bounces, this vividly demonstrated the formidable power of "rhythmic synchronization."  

Fun Inflatable Caterpillar 

With synchronized shouts and perfectly aligned strides on the inflatable prop, teams embodied the truth that "uniform pace enables long-distance success."  

Achieving Win-Win

The climax arrived with the Nazca Giant Painting segment. Through coordinated teamwork, the team assembled fragmented canvases into a 12-meter-long corporate vision mural within one hour--a crystallization of collective wisdom and a symbolic pledge toward shared success.  

This "Breaking Barriers · Uniting Forces · Achieving Win-Win" outbound activity was not only a vivid practice of team integration at Huayi Pharma but also served as an accelerator for optimizing internal collaboration mechanisms.
